Designed for all skin types, it is also effective for all skin types. Sun damaged, acne prone, and combination skin types may also be effectively treated with this formulation. This trilogy of acids increases the fibroblast stimulation for additional collagen deposition. Utilizing this treatment makes the skin more receptive to any resurfacing protocol. The acids included in this proprietary formulation are 5% glycolic acid, 5% lactic acid and 2% salicylic acid. It is a highly effective product that also improves the texture and appearance of the skin. Lactic Acid helps to moisturize the surface layer of the skin and gently exfoliate it to create a smoother and suppler skin. Glycolic Acid is the most widely used alpha hydroxy acid, because of its small molecular size. It is proven to be extremely effective in treating many different types of skin problems including hyperpigmentation and sun damage. Glycolic Acid causes mild to moderate exfoliation. Salicylic Acid comes from willow bark, and is stronger than Glycolic Acid. It achieves more peeling. Salicylic Acid is primarily used for acne; but is also very effective in anti-aging regimes. Daily Peel Pads may also be effective for the treatment of certain pigmentation problems.
Directions for use:
Use on clean skin in the evening. Use 1-2 pads daily or as directed. Smooth pad over the area to be treated. If you require more moisturizing on the skin, use another richer moisturizer. Sunblock is recommended with the use of any AHA's on the skin.
